XCMG was really a shining star at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 in Las Vegas, USA. With a grand booth of 3,901.9 square meters, it has the largest exhibition space among all Chinese exhibitors. Since the opening, XCMG has displayed 50 flagship products in 9 categories, attracting an average of over 10,000 visitors per day.
Currently, all 50 exhibited products have been sold out, and the subsequent orders have been pouring in.
XCMG’s success at this exhibition is not only reflected in the popularity of products but also in its contribution to the long-term brand communication.
XCMG’s excellent performance has attracted continuous coverage from nearly 1,000 worldwide media, including FOX TV, Aspermont Media, PCR Weekly, AC Business Media, CGTN and CHINADAILY. Overseas fans and internet celebrities actively experience XCMG products, posting more than 100 posts and reaching 20 million times of exposure, which further aroused widespread attention to the XCMG brand.
As one of the leaders of Chinese industrial enterprises, XCMG has always taken firm and solid steps on the road to internationalization. As Mr.Yang Dongsheng, Chairman of XCMG Group said, “Internationalization is the only way for us. Only when XCMG’s brand is recognized in the high-end market will internationalization be truly realized.”
XCMG also launched a new global slogan, “Solid to Succeed,” at the Las Vegas show, demonstrating its potential in sustainability and innovation as a leading construction machinery manufacturer.
In fact, the development of XCMG in the global market started as early as the last century. 100 XCMG road rollers were exported in bulk to the USA in the early 90s, and since then XCMG has been cooperating with local partners to build the Americas.
In North America, XCMG has not only built a strong sales and service network, but has also integrated capital through cross-border M&A, greenfield construction, joint ventures in KD assembly plants and the establishment of subsidiaries.
XCMG has also set up a special R&D centre in the US to customize R&D for the local market, and later set up XCMG’s US Schwing manufacturing base and Mexico manufacturing base to achieve localized production of concrete machinery, aerial work platforms and other products.
In South America, XCMG invested USD 500 million in Brazil in 2012 to establish the XCMG Brazil manufacturing base, which integrates R&D, production, sales, service and spare parts. In 2019, XCMG Brazil Bank was approved by the Central Bank of Brazil for establishment, and XCMG becomes the first construction machinery enterprise in the manufacturing industry to have an overseas bank.
In addition, XCMG has established subsidiaries and agents in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Colombia, continuously expanding its industrial chain in the eight countries in South America.
At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023, XCMG specially awarded more than 30 local dealers from various countries in the Americas for their outstanding contributions to the development of XCMG in the region.
